How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Hi I’ve done a few dietbets before and the hosts offered info and tips. (Eating and fitness info). I am in another one as well currently and there isn’t much being shared. I’m curious if those are different. How do you choose those ones? Thanks for any insight

The ones with hosts (other than diet referee) seem to have more posts with tips/motivation. I think the participants make the biggest difference - hard to tell which ones will be the most active ahead of time (although safe to say more players means more posts). Best of luck!

Like Lisa said; I look for games with large numbers of participants. More people usually equals more interactions
