How do you verify the weight loss?
For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

VIEW ALL STORIES- Getting ready to close out this Transformer Round 6 Mon-Tue. It certainly is tougher on the bottom end of the scale vs when I started on 9/15/22 @ 313.8 lbs. I have successfully lost 130 lbs. via Exercising and Fasting, both intermittent (IF) and extended (EF).
My wife has lost 90 lbs. since 1/1/23 utilizing Mounjaro.
