How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I highly recommend NOT timing a vacation for when your round 5 weigh in is due, and especially not right before that time of the month. I made it but not without the stress of will I/wont I.
I got my weigh in today at the start of our allotted time because I can feel the bloating coming, and have 2 dinner catch ups planned early in the week. Timing is not on my side so I weighed in before those hit 😂
How’s everyone else doing? Excited to continue on this losing streak to the finish line with you!

Mary, that's such a good tip, thank you! I was actually able to make my weight this morning, I just had to take the dog on a long walk and skip breakfast. Definitely not cutting it that close next time!

Yourmomma I’ve also been known to weigh myself in just my underwear then get dressed for the full body photo lol. Every little bit helps.
