  • Food Tip: Keep Trigger Foods Out Of Sight!

    Try keeping healthy foods right where you can see them, and stash unhealthy ones in a hard-to-reach cupboard, or just don't keep them around at all.
    I usually avoid having chips and ice cream around. Do you have any trigger foods?
