How do you verify the weight loss?
For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

- A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

VIEW ALL STORIES- Hello! This is my third attempt at a transformer; the first time I injured my back and had to quit, and the second time I just lost motivation to keep up. I really need this time to be different.
I more concerned about how my body feels than the exact number on the scale, but I also know that the actions I take to lose weight (more nutrient dense foods, more movement) result in me feeling healthy and strong.
This transformer ends just after my 40th birthday! I am ready to enter a new, healthier, more active decade of life!
