For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • I tried this 2 years ago and life happened so I did not complete the session but I am starting just 10% from my goal weight. I am motivated to look my best for my daughter’s wedding in June but would love to lose the weight and then maintain. Best of luck to all. I will be doing intermittent fasting and 1200-1500 calories a day with lots of activity and water. Any other strategies?
