How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

So, I bought a brita pitcher and told myself I need to drink TWO full pitchers a day. Day 1, I got through 1 pitcher and was in the bathroom consistently … sheesh! Day 2 was an epic fail at only 1/2 a pitcher. Here I go for day 3. Get that water in (but not after 8pm or I’ll need to set up a pillow by the toilet)

One thing that helps me drink more is a tumbler with a straw. It's just easier to get more liquid than a sip.

The best thing I’ve learned is to have water bottles everywhere and drink it when I see it. Good luck from a fellow who’s also trying to learn to drink more water. It’s just such an unnatural feeling for me but I’m determined to better myself!
