How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Was at goal yesterday but bounced back up a little this morning. Dang it! Going to do a 36 hour fast, that should get me at goal plus a little bit of wiggle room (hopefully!). The 36 hour fasts are difficult for me but I always feel so good when I’ve finished them. Gonna buckle down and do this!

Is your fast nothing but water for 36 hours? Longest I can do that is 24 hours. I do 3 day cleanse with just liquid sometimes and find they help with weight loss but can’t say I feel “good” afterwards- the weight usually comes back for me as soon I start eating solid food but it is my go to when I am close to goal at the end of a round. Good luck!

I completed a “dirty” 72 hour fast last week. By dirty I mean I chewed on sugar free gum, drank diet soda, coffee w/ cream, or pickle juice when it started getting difficult. I agree it felt great when I was done and helped me get to my January goal weight. Before that the scale was not budging.
