For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I just noticed the dates on the rounds and now a bit confused. We submit a weight in tomorrow (feb 1) and then round starts on Feb 1. The goal listed there is the total weight should be at the end of that round right, not on Feb 1?

Weigh in window is always over the two days after the end of the round. I find it helps to put the goal for each round in my calendar for the first day of the weigh in window.

The way it works is the Rounds are each the full month. You weigh-in for thr previous round on the 1st and 2nd of the next month, which is technically considered the start of Round 2.
