How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

If they still have the side salad with no dressing or a light dressing then that. Or the apple slices. Maybe a burger without a bun? But most everything there is pretty calorically dense:sweat_smile:

Water? I used to be McDonald's number 1 fan. I worked there years ago. I remember thinking there is nothing healthy at McDonald's. Why are people bringing their kids here? Fast forward, I have 3 kids of my own, and we were at the golden arches multiple times a week. There was one day, maybe more, that we had breakfast, lunch, and dinner at McDonald's. It is an addiction, and that was rock bottom for me. I haven't been to back to McDonald's in almost 6 years, neither has my wife or kids. And I'm proud to say I have a 3 year old and a 5 year old who have never been.
