How do you verify the weight loss?
For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

- A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

* Be on the lookout for a notification saying your weigh-in was received and another saying it was approved. Check Alerts or Notifications in the upper right - depending on your notification settings, you might not receive emails. There are a lot of weigh-ins so please be patient and they will be approved as fast as possible.
