I was just thinking about some comments I've read on here and reflecting on my own personal feelings. I wanted to say let's not stress! Stress is so bad for you. Don't over think what you're doing. Put in the work, be consistent, don't be hard on yourself. If you're doing all the right things the weight will come off eventually! If you eat a cookie or a piece of cake for whatever reason, it's ok! Don't beat yourself up, don't stress about the numbers. Get up and put in the work tomorrow. Stress will make sure you hold on to the weight. Take a deep breath and know you're doing the best you can. Be proud you're here in the first place!
