How is everyone getting on?

I won my first dietbet month and since then have not been able to get back on track. I
Put on 3 pounds in a week and this week have just felt off the momentum and excitement from the start has worn off.

I think my potential ADHD may be playing a part here the novelty and rush j was feeling has gone and now the hard work starts.

Really need to get back to it tomorrow. Really scared to weigh myself because if I have put on more there is no way I can remotely get close to this months goal.

If you put it on quick its unlikely fat, just retaining of food/water/etc. Stick to your diet and it will fall off just as quick and will add further loss. Its not too late :blush:

Thank you everyone, my B12 injection is due on Friday only just realised and i think this may be playing a part too really tired and just not as energetic for anything.

I am getting up and weighing myself tomorrow and need to get the excitement back - set myself a challenge.

I am also joining the gym tomorrow terrified. I am probably 7stone heavier than when i last went to a gym. I am starting a 12 week chronic pain programme. Gym x2 a week with a group, hoping this will give me some good accountability and keep me on track.

Also Tuesday i am back at the hospital for an emotional eating workshop thing. Lots of stuff going on this week that will hopefully feed the dopamine but hopefully wont burn me out even more!

Mezzie - getting off track i have completely forgot all about Diet bet its like it no longer exists.
