For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

    Have you been giving yourself grace and realizing small steps forward are better than trying to be perfect?

    Last time we talked about this quote - perfection is the enemy of progress. I also like to put it this way ...and now that you don't have to be PERFECT you can be GOOD. Or even - continuous improvement is better than delayed perfection.

    No matter how you say it, remember to give yourself grace. It's a series of small habits that will help you make lasting changes. Those other small choices can be easily overcome rather than being the reason you go completely off course.

    How do you feel about the weigh-in at the end of the week? Just checking in here and staying invovled with us is a reason to be proud of yourself!

I’m heading in the wrong direction- gain back some of what I lost in round 1. Still down from my starting point so trying to not get too discouraged.

I’m feeling great-just did a great workout. As of this morning I have about a pound and a half to go. I’m eating two healthy meals a day. My clothes are fitting better. If I’m not able to make the goal, I’ll know I did my best.
