For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • I hope you all accomplished your goals this month! The first couple weeks of the month were hard because I plateaued and was worried I wasn’t going to make my goal, but fortunately I got through it and was able to make my goal! I started doing strength training this month in addition to my usual swimming and it has really helped. 15 lbs down, 10 to go until I reach my goal weight that I want to maintain long term 💪💪

You look very cut! I’d imagine with the muscle building you’re doing a LOT better than the scale reveals. I’m feeling that way myself. I don’t have a ton of excess fat and I’m strong but my weight is still high for where I usually am. It’s the muscle!
