For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I started my diet journey in December last year. I’m down 31 lbs since December 9th. It hasn’t been easy, but I’m trying. I dislocated my shoulder 2 weeks ago so I haven’t been to the gym, but I plan on going back tomorrow and at least work out the rest of my body. I felt so much better when I was doing my gym routine. I hope everyone is still hanging in there and pushing through the hard days. Slow and steady wins the race!

That’s amazing Deanna! I’m sorry you are injured but it sounds like you’re on the road to recovery. I really don’t like t exercise to be honest and will use any excuse I can come up with to not - but I know it’s good for me so I do it. Reluctantly. I started my journey on Jan 1 like I’ve done my entire life - but this time I’m sticking to healthy living and have not given up. I hope to lose 45 more pounds by the end of September.
