How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Feels good to weigh back in under 150! I am a Fam Practice Provider and I get annoyed at the amount of people asking why I don’t just take Ozempic. Because I workout 4x a week and know my body is the product of overeating and eating the wrong foods, and also I cant imagine spending hundreds to make my weight loss more comfortable? I mean is it really though?

I worry about the unknown side effects. Will the drug need it in the future when you need it for diabetes after you use it for weight loss? Plus COME ON PEOPLE- in the end all the methods make you eat less and you lose weight! That drug just makes you too sick to eat. Bariatric surgery just makes you able to eat the smaller portion you should have been eating all along.
