How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Does anyone do OMAD? Does that work for you..? Before I have done the 3 meals and 2 snacks a day, but I can never get in all the food I’m supposed to eat when I go off that formula.. I’m curious how much OMAD works for people as I can usually fast for awhile anyways. Thanks!

I’m on OMAD and this is the only one diet which works for me. I eat only lunch but very big one so my body works the rest of the day and I go to sleep hungry in the end of the day. It was hard only the first day but now no problem

I’m OMAD M-F. It’s easier for me to follow during work hours, then low carb dinners with the family and 3 low carb meals on the weekend. It’s a work in progress but I know I’ve come a long way from my worst binge eating days. I’m not seeing as much weight loss as when I started this lifestyle but it’s been the easiest “diet” for me to maintain long term. Going on 1.5 years now.
