How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Went in Nutrishop to get my InBody scan. Now, I have so much detail on my current state! Muscle mass, bf%, fitness level, etc!

Only thing I disagree with is target weight. Wants me to lose 80 lbs. Weeks haven't been that weight since varsity athlete in high-school. 50 lbs sounds fine to me!

I got one about a month ago at my gym. It's fascinating! I think you can make your own goals as you go :)

I have a RENPHO scale, it gives me a lot of these measurements at home, but for sure not as detailed as your body scan. Normal according to my scale is a range for me between 127 and 172. I chose 160 as I personal goal weight and decided that I’d reevaluate myself once I got there. Though not really an athlete in high school I did weigh 130 when I got married. That was 38 years ago and 5 kids ago. I’m not certain I can really be that small again. I think your 50 lb goal is a good one to set and then you can reevaluate if you want to lose more.
