How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I just wanna go get that ice cream and that burger that I have been avoiding in order to lose the weight ... if im just gonna gain it! ugh ill pick myself back up but had to vent. :/

I was feeling frustrated about weight gain this past weekend, too. So, the past two days, I've been drinking more water and doing significantly more exercise. The scale is going down quite a bit this week. So, I'm now about a pound down from Feb. 19th.

Progress is not always linear. You can do this!
