How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Not doing great so far. Been tackling back-to-back-to-back illnesses (COVID, double ear infection, and a sinus infection). While my eating has been very healthy, I've been unable to exercise, and I'm now on steroids to help me heal. Unfortunately the steroids are pushing my weight in the opposite direction! I know it's only temporary, but still very discouraging!

Hang in there. Take care of yourself. Being healthy is always more important than a number. Hope you feel better soon.

I’m in steroids too for a shoulder injury. Feeling the effects of not exercising much and the meds :disappointed:
