How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Hello, Sorry new to this here. I just have some dumb questions.
1) 10% Goal Weight means 10% of "initial weight", or round 2 based on round 1, round 3 based on round 2, etc.? (Or no?)
2) Even if someone loses the weight more than 3% on first round, the final (goal weight) is still the 10% of initial weight?
3) Let's say if I don't lose 3% on round 1, (but I may probably lose 10% on final round) am I still qualify to be in the game or shall I be kicked out?

Thanks a lot,

The way I understand it...

1. 10% of initial weight, period.
2. Yup, just the 10%.
3. As Long as you lose at least 6% by round 5, you're eligible for the final round.

Above the weigh in click all and it tells you the goals to meet by the round. By what I’ve read you have to meet some of your goals prior to the final round to prevent people from going into unhealthy means to meet their final goal
