  • Happy Thursday! It was a beautiful morning for a run! I love starting the day with a sunrise run.

    Do you prefer working out in the morning or the evening? I like both depending on the activity. For running I prefer the morning and for Orange Theory I like to mix it up with morning and early evening.

I LOVE OTF… but I’m not a member anymore. I’d love to go back but my planet fitness membership is so much cheaper. OTF isn’t in the budget anymore. :sob: But I love walking while working at my sit/stand desk. I try to get in 3-5 miles before dinner. Otherwise on the weekends I take my dog outside for a walk in the mid morning.
