How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Giving intermittent fasting a try during these four weeks. Not to bad during the week but the weekend is killer.

How long is your fasting window? I have been interested in trying to see if it is effective.

Kevin

With my job, I had more or less been pretty close to truly fasting, so the transition was not horrible for me. The toughest thing was having straight black coffee in the morning.

The way my schedule lines up, I am at 17/7, sometimes 17.5. I am done with dinner by 6-630pm and eat lunch at 11:30am, so it fell into place for me. I definitely feel better and have been able to keep it going.

The weekends I am less strict on. If I get close and can keep it going I will, but if I end up eating breakfast, then that works too. I did stop all after-dinner eating across the board though, that has helped a lot. I've been better about taking supplements as well.
