For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Let the crazy week begin. Spring sports officially kick off for our kids. My son is in baseball and one of my daughters is doing track/field. The triplets also are finishing up their last week of drivers training. My oldest is still doing PT for her shoulder (she had surgery Jan 31st to repair a torn labrum in her throwing shoulder). There will be lots of driving this week. But I got my 5 mile run in this morning. The time doesn’t seem to drag as much as it used to. Hoping my race this weekend goes well. Looking forward to seeing how well I can pace myself when I’m not on the treadmill.
