How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Has anyone not seen the scale budge for several days? I lost 5lbs my first week and not a pound since. No changes to habit, drinking lots of water, eating clean, and if anything have stepped up my workouts. I’m sure it’s easily explainable yet so frustrating. This is where I’ve always given up before is once I see that long stall.

Are you getting enough protein? Maybe step it up a little to see if that works

You’ve paid for the game either way, right? Maybe this time you stick it out and see what happens? You already know that giving up during a plateau isn’t progressing you toward your goals. What can you lose by not giving up?
