  • I had the flu this weekend…I didn’t eat much but what I did wasn’t great…and got less than 1,000 steps each day. Spent most of the time in bed. Feeling some better today so I took the dog for a walk in the snow and getting in some time on my walking pad this evening. I did make a good supper this evening. Venison tenderloin, boiled potatoes and green beans. Hopefully tomorrow I’ll get in a workout and even more steps.
