How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

LIFE STLYE HABITS & FAT LOSS

It’s motivation Monday! Feeling motivated is a great place to get started, but the habits and discipline you create determine long-term success. Your NEAT levels/steps, sleep quality, resistance training, nutrition/hydration, and self-belief all work together to help you reach your goal (we’ll touch on more of these topics this week).

Confronting some uncomfortable truths about your habits might be what you need to hit your goal this week and in the long term. Your path will look different than anyone else’s here, but you have the tools and knowledge you need right in front of you today!

TELL US: What is your biggest obstacle heading into this last week? What habits will you be focusing on to help you overcome it? Share in the comments!

Lastly, please know that we believe in you!

Maintaining consistency when the scale isn’t budging/going the wrong way. I know I’m doing the right things and have NSVs (pants are definitely looser, less bloating etc).

My biggest obstacle this week is to stay on track with my nutrition. I have done so well and need to be down 2 more lbs to be at my personal goal. I find I always get to a point where I'm on track and doing well but get the mindset. I can pig out and eat whatever and then gain a bunch back. I need to stop doing this!!
