How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Hi! I’m a mom of four little ones from BC, Canada 🇨🇦 My littlest just turned one and I’d like to fit into my summer clothes and also get more active in general! I have Type 1 Diabetes so exercise has been hard with trying to manage my glucose levels and not have scary lows or bad highs. I’ve let my diabetes become too much of a barrier and haven’t made exercise a priority. Hoping this will give me a bit of the kick in the pants I need to get going 😀

Hi Kelsey! Nice to meet you. Same! I'm a type 1 diabetic and I've always been scared to fully go in with an exercise plan because of (true) and legit fear of lows (and highs). But you got this! Something that has helped me - I started doing more strength training (3x a week) than cardio (2x a week) and I barely have any lows now (pre and post workout). I would run into endless lows when I strictly did cardio. I also stopped eating sweets for 30 days and dropped 10lbs - so diet plays a huge roll too! :relaxed: We got this!

Yay! More moms! I'm 8mo PP and have a similar goal -- trying to get back into my PP clothes, but after that I'll be focusing on strength
