For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

    Time to put ALL the challenges together to create the FINAL CHALLENGE! Here it is and it has 3 parts:

    1. Water-Drink at least 64 oz. of water 5 days this week.
    2. Fitness-get at least 30 minutes of exercise 5 days this week.
    3. Nutrition- 5 servings a day from the fruit/vegetable group, 5 days this week.

    **On Friday there will be a post for you to comment under if you completed the challenge. The deadline to report in is Saturday 6:00 PM PST. The prize drawing will be held on Saturday shortly after that, for the $40 cash prize.

This one is so hard!! I was literally eating carrots at 11 o'clock last night to make sure I hit the goals :joy:
Hardest one for me tho is the 30min exercise. I got up to run yesterday morning, but just as I was about to head out the baby woke up... and at that point it's game over! Feed the baby, make breakfast, clean the kitchen... I spent all morning in my running clothes and never made it out the door until after lunch -- to take my daughter to her ortho appt and run some errands :see_no_evil: :joy: The struggle is real.
