Monday morning is a week since I last weighed and I'd really like to keep that as I'm trying really hard to still lose this week in between games... I'm also going to weigh first thing in the morning. All of this is going to make it harder for me to reach that 4% but I will be at least being consistent and honest with myself and my weight!
Is anyone else doing the same thing as me?
