Hi everyone, I am Dori. I have been very overweight for a long time and need to make changes to get back to healthy habits and have stamina for the things I enjoy. Go Dori!! You’re going to do a great job! I’ve been walking every morning and it was hard at first but now I love it! I try to do about 2 miles, it takes me almost an hour but it’s still something!

I belong to a gym, too! Does your have fitness classes? I love to go to the classes because they also focus on mobility exercises which makes it to where I can run and jump with my 8, 7, and 5 year old.
