Good morning all! I have debated posting this for a min but even when we feel alone in our struggles of our journeys, we really do share a lot of similarities. I started great on this journey and the scale was a great reminder of that. Then within the next two weeks, lbs lost found their way back plus some! I was so frustrated and devastated but I kept pushing forward, reevaluating my intake including my water. I was not getting nearly enough and it was showing. Things are finally moving in the right direction and while I may not make the first goal (there is still hope), I do not want to give up like before. Wishing you all the best!

It has been a battle of the 10lbs up (5 above starting) and down (5 below starting)!!! Now we are on the down side…and I feel if I have one good potty trip, I can get to this month’s goal. I’m so close but even if I don’t make it this time, I will work to continue to make the goals and eventually get to where I’m going.

Yeah, same...I made goal then gained back now about a pound above and need to get motivated to eat right again . ..
