How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I am so happy that I met this goal. I celebrated it with two pieces of cake. 😁
But I have a plan for the next round. I will eat only 2 meals per day. Breakfast at 6 and lunch at 11 on a low carb diet. Low carb isn't a problem. I don't get headaches anymore even after cheat days. Fasting will be harder. I tried different schedules of intermittent faating before. But I noticed that I can't concentrate when I skip breakfast. Besides that, I want my coffee with cream in the morning! Also pushing hunger away is easier in the evening when I decide how I spend my time. The challenge will be not to snack on my childs dinner.

Took me a week to get back on track. I definitely don't do a cheat day again. I underestimated the sugar cravings.
