Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Started Keto with this diet bet and weight flew off the first week. I’m a bit worried it’s all water weight so I’m not holding my breath but it feels good to finally see the numbers on the scale move. Anyone else doing keto? Have any tips?

Switchfootnow- i fast 14 hrs a day. I have a difficult time doing more. Mama of 3 under 5 needs her coffee first thing in the morning so my fast breaks :sweat_smile:
