  • When I think about the number on the scale, I get overwhelmed. I think it'll never happen, how could it happen? But then I say don't think about the number on the scale. It doesn't matter. Think about this meal, and what you're putting in your body.yes, I would like to eat something sweet, but I can do without!!!!


    Also, I haven't been drinking enough water. If I want to lose weight, seriously lose weight, I need to drink water. Loads and loads.
