How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Been debating on joining basically all week because I was ✨super smart✨ and burnt my knee with my wand. (Scroll fast if you don’t want to see what it looks like.) At this point, everything hurts it. Walking, sitting bending, stairs, even simply getting dressed. YAY ME! But decided to still join as a way to push myself just a little bit harder even if I can’t do a lot of physical things because of my knee.

Thank you ladies ! I sure hope I’m only down a couple more days.

I haven't done Lexie' dietbet for several years. I can't do a lot of movement either due to healing up from an illness. So I switched it up and I am concentrating more on nutrition rather than exercise. I'm counting calories, which I've never done. Lol. And, writing down everything I eat is an eye opener for me for sure. Lol. The nutrition side is what I have to work with this time and I am enjoying the new awareness I am getting. Sending healing thoughts to you about your injury.
