How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I would like to ask for any advice to get the scale moving.. I'm tracking calories and lots of walking for exercise. It just seems like I lose and gain the same 5 pounds over and over. I'll add that I have alot of weight to lose.

I do better when I track everything.

I drink at least 64oz's a day, and I only eat between a certain time a day so that I am done eating before 6pm. I'm one who can't stay off the scale, so I weigh myself the same time everyday. I have a bad knee so exercising the way I want is a bit of a struggle, so I take a natural fiber supplement to keep things moving if you know what I mean. With me, I'm more successful if I am consistent with weighing my food and Journaling my macros. Higher protein, lower good fats and carbs is what I am doing. And if you slip a day, shake it off and start over the next day. Don't try to under accommodate what you went over the day before.
