I allow myself to have those things. At the end of the day, I'll have either one, maybe two Dove Dark Chocolates or a little mini ice cream drumstick (130 cal).

I have found healthier versions of the stuff I crave. Like Greek yogurt mixed with protein powder, topped with a little melted chocolate and coconut oil to make it harden like a magic shell. I find food bloggers on Instagram that make healthy snacks and save those reels for when I have a craving

Slow and steady repetition, be in it for the process and feeling healthier not the end goal. Pay attention to your macros ( i use an app). Its a marathon not a sprint.

  • For dinner tonight, I made cauliflower nachos with ground Turkey, and a sauce with cottage cheese and salsa Verde Which was absolutely delicious!!
    First time ever eating Salsa Verde Not too bad but won't be a consistent thing, Sodium isn't that bad but I do watch It.

I would like to ask for any advice to get the scale moving.. I'm tracking calories and lots of walking for exercise. It just seems like I lose and gain the same 5 pounds over and over. I'll add that I have alot of weight to lose.

I drink at least 64oz's a day, and I only eat between a certain time a day so that I am done eating before 6pm. I'm one who can't stay off the scale, so I weigh myself the same time everyday. I have a bad knee so exercising the way I want is a bit of a struggle, so I take a natural fiber supplement to keep things moving if you know what I mean. With me, I'm more successful if I am consistent with weighing my food and Journaling my macros. Higher protein, lower good fats and carbs is what I am doing. And if you slip a day, shake it off and start over the next day. Don't try to under accommodate what you went over the day before. :heart:

I did this game last month, and I didn't quite make it. I got to 65%, but my body decided to drag its feet. I took a few days to enjoy myself, and now I am back. Crossing my fingers that this month will be better. Good luck everyone!

Consistency and Sustainability. You need to be more consistent over time than you’re not and you need to pick a workout and a nutrition plan that works for you. FOR. YOU. It’s not a one size fits all world- different things work for different people. It needs to be sustainable- this is for your lifetime. Not just 4 wks.
