  • Breakfast on the west coast! Sorry for the paper plate, not very glamorous at all! I love peanut butter so I incorporate as responsibly as possible. For my after the gym morning meal, I did an open pbj (homemade cherry), and 1/2 cup of cottage cheese for 360 calories and 20g of protein. I hope everyone has a great day!
