I think I'm going to focus on not eating after I'm done with dinner... I'll focus on an evening tea to get me through this tougher party of the day. And maybe I'll try to start the day with protein.

Meal planning!!! The week escapes me and I end up snacking when I don’t prepare my meals. It also helps with budgeting. I started packing Lunches for myself and my husband ahead of time
