What is everyone’s favorite healthy dinner meal?

I’d love ideas as I always feel like I am scrambling for a healthy dinner in the evenings between the kids activities. I’d love to get some new easy meals

I’m pretty basic-I eat chicken breast daily. I use different marinades to change it up but that’s my every day go to :blush:

I love making a taco salad meal. Lettuce, ground turkey breast, tomatoes, onions, beans, guac, salsa, little bit of shredded cheese. Doesn’t even need a dressing. The rest of the family uses a tortilla and turns it into a salad wrap.
