How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

I was using an indoor walking pad, but it was faulty and I had to return it. Pretty disappointed, especially because I don’t love walking outside for exercise. Because of my size I get really uncomfortable and self-conscious. Trying to get into a video series of low-impact indoor walking routines, but it’s still a struggle. I want this to work! I know I’m not lazy, but the willpower is lacking.

Lori, I hate to hear that you don't like walking outside because you feel self-concious, but I do understand the feeling of not liking to work out in front of people. I've always loved work out videos on you tube. Check out yoga with Adriene. She's very compassionate and has tons of content. You are a beautiful person worthy of achieving your goals. :grinning:
