How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Good morning everyone! I wanted to ask the group if anyone knows of a good app or other resource for knee strengthening? I’m Leary to just jump in to regular exercises as I irritated something in my left knee last summer when I started hiking & it would flare back up especially when I do stairs. So I’m hoping to slowly strengthen the other leg muscles to help support my knees and prevent injury because I am looking forward to hiking again when the weather warms up!

I've found exercising in the pool to be much easier on my joints, and it has been strengthening my knees! I love the deep water aerobics our local Rec Center does. Good luck!

I tore my ACL years ago and they always focused on building up the muscles surrounding the knee. Quads for sure. Squats..?
They also had me warm up on a bike to get things moving better before I did any strengthening
