How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

What was the top thing that helped you lose weight?
I know, for me, exercise and eating lots of veggies are hugely important, but I think logging my food and exercise was even more important. There were so many times I’ve had weight loss (or not), and when I checked my log I could see where I had helped or hindered myself.

100% of the time it's tracking for me. If I'm consistent in tracking food and exercise I always do better. I also find that when I track I eat better! There's something about that accountability that really helps me! I also think that tracking chips vs carrots gives me pause! lol!!
