How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Let’s talk sweets and treats!
When you're actively trying to lose weight, do you cut back — or cut them out completely?

Personally, it’s easier for me not to take the first bite. But some people do well with just a little — like a square of dark chocolate to satisfy the craving.

Which approach works better for you?

In the long run, moderation is usually more sustainable than full-on deprivation. So what’s your strategy when it comes to managing treats?

I usually cut completely. However, I decided to give a try to moderation this time. More difficult, but more sustainable. I hope ?

Flora E.

I track my macros and stay in a calorie deficit. Most days I eat really clean, but l occasionally allow myself a little treat. I’m going to a birthday party today and I’m going to have a tiny piece of cake, and I logged it! I don’t do well mentally if I’m not allowed to have something.
