Well I had a bad day yesterday and gave in to stress eating. I am now up with 2 pounds of bloat weight. Today I am treating my son to Momma-Dashiell breakfast date, but I’m going to really focus on a healthy lunch and a light and healthy dinner. Steps and water, here I come! A little behind in both this morning. Feeling pretty crappy after yesterday’s binge! I genuinely think those two rusty nails made me feel better tho ???‍♀️

We had a good time! I’m kind of a mess after hosting family yesterday, but I’m surviving! I will definitely need the May DB with you! But I think I’m going to win this one! :) how are you feeling??

I'm good! Feeling a little sleep deprived at the moment though. Made goal, thankfully, without doing anything really for it. Sometimes a little cardio and walking the dog multiple times a day. Weird pregnancy hormones with dropping weight.

I'm currently also in FatGirlFedUp DB, it's already going on. But I think the joining window is still open. Otherwise I will hopefully see you in the May DB :grin:
