How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Meal prepped all the grilled chicken breast, thighs and tenderloins yesterday with my husband, yum! It's always easier for us to meal prep a bunch of protein we can add to meals instead of eating the same thing constantly, although we have done both ways. Do you meal prep? Share your tips below! I like to steam a bag of mixed veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots) add cooked shredded chicken and a little cheese. So quick and delicious!

I plan what I’m going to eat in advance and make a big batch of whatever lunch I’m having for the week ( this week it’s egg roll in a bowl) and make sure I have the ingredients ready for dinners and breakfasts.
