2 months ago I hit my goal weight!
However in November I stopped exercising, went on two week-long vacations, and went overboard on eating and alcohol. Now I am up 26 lb!

Definitely time for me to get back on track! I'm excited to do this diet bet as they keep me motivated and helped me in losing my weight the first time. Let's do this! I need all the encouragement and positive vibes to get back in track. The first week is always the hardest for me until I get rid of the cravings

I've set a goal to learn to make two new delicious and healthy meals each week. Can you share some of your favorites that are easy to make, nutrious, tastes good, and conducive to weight loss? If it matters, I plan to do IF and probably higher protein lower fat, and long term a Mediterranean diet.

I like ground turkey taco meat. Instead of tortillas I just use the meat on top of lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers. I use taco sauce as “dressing” so it doesn’t add calories. I take a bag of steamed broccoli Normandy, add diced chicken and sprinkle in a little cheese. It's so good and quick to make

Non-scale victory: I had to go down in a jeans size this weekend! Since I finally locked into my weightloss journey at the end of July, I have gone from a size 24 to a size 18. I've also gone from a 2X shirt to XL.

I'm just shy of this challenge's weight loss goal and hopefully I'll hit it in time, but I'm just super excited that my body is changing and I'm getting into more comfortable sizes.
