    Im trying to shift my 'diet brain' which see's food as a treat/punishment to a 'normal' brain that see's food as nourishment and fuel for my body.

    That said, I sat down today to my lunch and by gosh its DULL ???

    WHATS THE WORST THING YOUVE EVER EATEN ON A HEALTH KICK?

    *I was tempted to ask you to guess what im eating! Miso and pumpkin soup with leftover spinach lentil dhal.

This morning I made a gross concoction. 1 cup Greek yogurt and a scoop of white chocolate peppermint protein powder. It was so weird tasting and horrible texture. I made myself eat it because my protein is 2$ per scoop and the protein yogurt is like 1.75$ per serving. I drank a lot of water with it. Other than that I just healthify my normal diet. Water instead of oils, protein/low carb versions of everything and less carbs and more veg. Works well for me

  • Going out of town for the rest of my vacation and returning Saturday evening. I'm pretty excited last time I went to this area I was 190 as of today I'm 164. Hopefully that difference shows in pictures. I'm trying to retake a couple cool pictures I took with my dog. She's also lost a little weight. She went from 58 pounds down to 54 pounds.

I’ve already struggled and felt like giving up twice, but ChatGPT saves the day every time!

You can start your day over at any time.

Pivoting with help, and a new plan for the win. It can be a daily plan, a minute by minute plan, or a moment by moment plan.

I wasn’t happy with the meal plan so I jumped ship. I looked into getting my money back but that wasn’t an option I could find, so I asked ChatGPT is my goal still doable, and I was met with a heck yes!

Turning my today around to get out all the sugar. Go ultra clean for the next 24 hours. No junk, sugar or flour. Hydrate aggressively (1 gallon). Add a “burn off” session: 20-30 min brisk walk today.

All is not lost. Adversity. Ask for help. Adapt. LFG!!!!

I usually struggle with staying consistent when my husband is gone becauee he is a great support and cheerleader for me. He was out of the country helping his mom. 12 days turned into 19 because of delay with her house sale, and 2 flight cancelations due to severe fog. I spent hours on with airline rebooking his and mother in laws flights (2x). I didn't stress eat which is a huge win for me. While he was gone, I lost 8 lbs. In the past, I would have gained 8 lbs.

2 months ago I hit my goal weight!
However in November I stopped exercising, went on two week-long vacations, and went overboard on eating and alcohol. Now I am up 26 lb!

Definitely time for me to get back on track! I'm excited to do this diet bet as they keep me motivated and helped me in losing my weight the first time. Let's do this! I need all the encouragement and positive vibes to get back in track. The first week is always the hardest for me until I get rid of the cravings

I've set a goal to learn to make two new delicious and healthy meals each week. Can you share some of your favorites that are easy to make, nutrious, tastes good, and conducive to weight loss? If it matters, I plan to do IF and probably higher protein lower fat, and long term a Mediterranean diet.

I like ground turkey taco meat. Instead of tortillas I just use the meat on top of lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers. I use taco sauce as “dressing” so it doesn’t add calories.
