  • What a relief. I was 0.4 lb below my goal when I got on the scale yesterday, but over once I grabbed my phone to do the pictures, ugh.

I’m very aware/careful of my food the last few days. Lots of water, light sitting foods,etc. I was worried that I did Leg day yesterday that I might retain water. It dies t help when we fluctuate so much from the littlest of things
